This is a reference in regards to our experience with KSR Roofing. We initially hired KSR Roofing to do a repair preventative coating maintenance program at our building. We have quite a large building, located in downtown Seattle (and soon to be designated as a historic landmark). Our initially roofing system is a granule modified roofing membrane that began to leak into our hotel rooms. We received several different proposals, most of them recommending very expensive removal and replacement of the roofing system. KSR came out and did a very thorough roof inspection. After sitting down and going over all of our options, KSR recommended a much more inexpensive program to eliminate our roofing problem.
The project was completed early and at budget. Needless to say, we found the price affordable and their workmanship outstanding! We were so pleased with our KSR Roofing that when another portion of our building needed a new roof we hired them to perform this service and will use them at our other properties.
